Job Description

The Role 

We are looking for an exceptionally motivated Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations support engineer. You will be part of a highly visible, strategic team focused on aligning strategic objectives with tactical demands. This role will be responsible for end-user support of MS Dynamics Supply Chain Management suite and assisting implementation team with testing, configuration, and documentation. 

Responsibilities 
  • Primary point of contact for users' inquiries and issues related to Dynamics 365 applications. 
  • Diagnose, investigate, and resolve technical issues, incidents, and service requests related to Dynamics 365 in a timely and efficient manner.  
  • Assist in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 applications based on business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business needs and translate them into system solutions. 
  • Provide assistance to the business team with functional or process-related support questions regarding Dynamics 365 applications. Collaborate closely with users to understand their needs, challenges, and requirements, and offer effective solutions or workarounds as needed. 
  • Proactively monitor the Dynamics 365 platform to identify potential issues or performance bottlenecks.  
  • Apply patches, updates, and enhancements as necessary to maintain system stability and security. 
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, customizations, and support-related activities. 
  • Develop and share monthly reporting on ticket trends and help develop action plans to reduce number of tickets and average resolution times. 
Qualifications  
  • 1-2 years experience with Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations, Supply Chain Management 
  • Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 support resource or in a similar technical support role. 
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to Dynamics 365. 
  • Experience in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 to meet business requirements. 
  • Self-starter with high motivation and passion to thrive and adapt in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment. 
  • Customer-oriented, ability to self-manage and take ownership. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with users and stakeholders. 
  • Exceptional analytical thinking skills 
  • Competency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams 
  • Operates with a high level of professionalism and integrity, including dealing with confidential information. 
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
Additional Requirements 
  • Must pass any and all required background checks  
  • Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry  
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age 
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus
