ERPNext Developer

Responsibilities:

1. Customize and extend ERPNext modules to align with organizational needs.

2. Develop and implement new features and functionalities within the ERPNext framework.

3. Integrate ERPNext with third-party applications and external systems.

4. Ensure seamless data flow and communication between ERPNext and other business tools.

5. Design, code, test, and deploy ERPNext solutions.

6. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure the reliability and stability of customized modules.

7. Manage and optimize ERPNext databases for performance and efficiency.

8. Conduct regular data backups and implement security measures.

9. Provide technical support to end-users and address issues related to ERPNext functionality.

10. Collaborate with the support team to troubleshoot and resolve reported problems.

Documentation:

1. Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for ERPNext customizations.

2. Document workflows, configurations, and changes for reference and training purposes.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2. Proficient in Python and the Frappe framework.

3. Solid understanding of ERPNext architecture, modules, and customization.

4. Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

5. Proven experience as an ERPNext Developer with a minimum of 2 years in ERPNext development.

6. Successful implementation of ERPNext solutions in previous roles.

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

8. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

10. Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.

11. ERPNext certification is a plus.

12. Experience with ERPNext version upgrades and migrations.

13. Familiarity with related technologies such as Docker and Nginx.
