We are currently seeking a ESG Advisor to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina (US-NC), United States (US).

ESG Advisor -

NTT Data Services is looking for an experienced sustainability expert to support the growth of ESG offerings and provide subject matter expertise. This leader would play a key role in ESG practice building and help to develop an overall ESG strategy and tailored offerings based on current market trends and problems. The ESG Director will collaborate with other leaders in the manufacturing practice to bring subject matter expertise to their clients. The ESG Manager or Senior Manager is responsible for developing and implementing an ESG strategy that aligns with client's overall mission and goals. The ESG Manager or Senior Manager will work closely with senior leadership and other stakeholders to ensure the organization is meeting its ESG objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop key capabilities within ESG offerings that differentiate from the market and create wins.
• Serve as Project Manager or Subject Matter advisor during ESG client engagements and direct teams to deliver high quality results.
• Lead teams to help clients across the manufacturing industry improve their ESG practices through analytics and insights, assessing current ESG reporting processes and implementing technology to enable these processes.
• Assist with proposal development for climate and ESG-focused subject matter to develop client focused solutions.
• Develop and manage ESG-related initiatives and projects
• Contribute to thought leadership by publishing white papers, participating in conferences, and speaking events, and contributing to internal education efforts.
• Utilize ESG expertise to lead practice building efforts and develop offerings that provide value to clients.
• Stay up-to-date on ESG-related news and developments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, environmental science, or related field. Master's degree preferred but not required.
• 3 or more years of experience in an ESG related role within the manufacturing industry. Consulting experience preferred but not required.
• Project management experience including planning, organizing, coordinating, and managing staff to achieve the successful and on-time completion of external client projects.
• Familiarity with ESG related software and analytics tools, specifically MS Sustainability
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $115,000- $170,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
