Job Description

The inidividual in this position will assist with a variety of research methods with a basic understanding of Environmental, Social & Governance topics understanding to analyze, report, and provide recommendations for corporate sustainability projects and programs.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Assists with collecting, storing, validating, and distributing ESG data and content for reporting and responding to requests from key partners.
• Support Finance, Corporate Governance, and the Ethics & Compliance Office with ESG disclosures in public documents.
• Assists with performing peer analysis and maintaining inventory for publicly reported ESG metrics.
• Assists with responding to key ESG surveys such as CDP's Climate response, FTSE Russell, and S&P CSA.
• Assists with regularly monitoring the company's ESG scores to provide data to submit to ratings agencies such as MSCI, ISS, and others as needed.

Qualifications

Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Basic awareness of laws and government regulations of ESG reporting. Ability to handle confidential information with absolute discretion; strong interpersonal skills. Good written and verbal skills. Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office.
