Job Description
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as an ESG Sourcing Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in advancing our commitment to environmental, social, and governance principles throughout our supply chain. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in sustainable sourcing practices and a passion for responsible business.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG considerations into the sourcing and procurement process.
- Assess and analyze suppliers' ESG performance and compliance with sustainability standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the sustainability and ethical aspects of the supply chain.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices related to ESG sourcing.
- Work closely with suppliers to drive improvements in ESG practices and promote transparency.
Qualifications
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in sourcing, supply chain management, or related roles.
- Knowledge of ESG principles and frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess and address sustainability challenges in the supply chain.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

The compensation range for this position is approximately $81,000 - $111,000 and will be based on the candidate's qualification, experience, and education
