We are looking for an ESG Analyst and Reporting Lead to play a pivotal role in advancing Ipsen’s sustainability and corporate social responsibility (CSR) efforts. This role focuses on meeting stakeholder expectations, ensuring compliance with ESG regulations, and enhancing Ipsen’s reputation as a responsible and sustainable organization.

Key Responsibilities

 ESG Analysis, Reporting, and Compliance

• Lead the preparation of Ipsen’s Sustainability Report and annual non-financial statement.
• Oversee Ipsen’s engagement with global ESG frameworks (e.g., UN Global Compact, Ecovadis, CDP).
• Ensure compliance with evolving ESG regulations (e.g., CSRD, TCFD) and reporting standards (GRI, SASB).
• Maintain robust ESG reporting processes, integrating best practices across business functions.
• Proactively monitor ESG ratings and coordinate responses to external rating agencies.

CO2 Reporting

• Enhance Scope 3 CO2 data inventory and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with suppliers to improve data accuracy and reduce assumptions.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve CDP reporting scores.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Build relationships with investors, customers, and internal teams to advance Ipsen’s sustainability efforts.
• Transparently communicate progress and milestones.

Governance and Integrity

• Maintain integrity and transparency across Ipsen’s operations.
• Provide regular ESG updates to the executive leadership team and Sustainability Committees.

Research and Representation

• Stay updated on ESG trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Represent Ipsen at external sustainability conferences and working groups

What We’re Looking For

• At least 5-10 years of experience in CSR / Sustainability, with specific expertise in Disclosure / reporting an advantage. 

• Strong experience in global and multicultural environments
• Fluent in both English and French
