Job Description:
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead cross-functional collaboration on completion of submissions to key proxy advisory services and rating agencies (e.g., CDP, EcoVadis, MSCI, ISS, etc.).
- Manage engagement with the external ratings agencies such as MSCI, Sustainalytics by acting as steward for the online portals and as a liaison with analysts.
- Benchmark performance of Arrow against industry peers, leveraging reporting agencies' findings.
- Lead on various reporting, certification and qualification projects that enhance Arrow's ESG reputation across customers and investors, e.g. ASI qualifications, spend qualification for Green Bond, CDP grading, etc.
- Drive continuous system and process improvement to streamline ESG data collection, management, and reporting requirements.
- Assist with the development of and implementation (ESG, CSR, Communications, etc.) plans and programs that align with business priorities and drive engagement with enterprise global strategies.
- Manage day-to-day planning and execution of employee and stakeholder campaigns, including culture and engagement, communications, transformation, and business updates.
- Assist with the development of program storytelling through a variety of mediums.
- Prepare briefing documents, project and communication plans, presentations, and other materials for leaders associated with program goals.
- Prepare analyses, reporting, and other documentation to support (ESG, CSR, Communications, etc.) processes and increase effectiveness.
- Assist with development of strategy, project/process management, and management of external partnerships.

- Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 6 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$94,800.00 - $132,000.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
