ESG Reporting Analyst

The Challenge
•   As an ESG Reporting Analyst at Take-Two, the successful candidate will play key role in contributing to ongoing evolution and implementation of our global reporting and disclosure strategy.Â
What You’ll Take On
•   Manage submissions for key ESG surveys and ratings (CDP, DJSI, MSCI, Sustainalytics, etc)
•   Monitor and maintain global disclosure calendar of current and pending voluntary and regulated disclosures
•   Assist with ESG report and align with various frameworks (SASB, TCFD, GRI)
•   Coordinate responses and provide information for investor inquiries
•   Monitor and assess stakeholder expectations across evolving ESG issues
•   Manage and ensure consistency of ESG-related communications on internal and external channels
•   Track performance of peers and industry and emerging trends
•   Provide summaries, evaluations and analysis on ESG-related reporting and disclosure landscape
•   Manage relationships across labels like 2k and Rockstar and officesÂ
What You Bring
•   3+ years experience/expertise in ESG or sustainability-related roles
•   Experience with ESG-related frameworks, communications, indices and surveys
•   Excellent ability to effectively communicate both written & verbally with strong client focus.
•   Strong attention to detail
•   Ability to organize, set priorities, be self-motivated, and can learn independently
•   Ability to present data in concise, readable formats.
•   Ability to complete multiple projects within established deadlines and work well under pressure.Â
•   Ability to successfully work in a team environment.Â
•   Professional and responsible approach to work, clients, and other employeesÂ
•   Ability to influence others, including comfort in engaging senior business leaders
