Your Role and Responsibilities
Design Intern (Video Creation & App Prototype)We are seeking a highly creative and motivated Design Intern to join the IBM Innovation Studio and assist in various design projects with a specific focus on video creation (script and visuals) visual campaigns and app prototype development. As an intern you will have the opportunity to work closely with our engagement and technical teams gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

– Collaborate with the Innovation Studio team to create engaging and visually appealing video content for our assets and demos.
– Assist in developing compelling scripts that effectively communicate our solution’s message and capture our clients and partners attention.
– Design visually stunning graphics illustrations and other visual assets to enhance our assets materials and online presence.
– Work closely with the development team to create interactive app prototypes showcasing innovative ideas and functionalities.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in design video production and technology to bring fresh ideas and creative approaches to our projects ensuring brand consistency and adherence to design guidelines.
– Contribute to brainstorming sessions and offer creative insights to improve overall design strategies.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
– Proficiency in video editing and animation using Adobe After Effects.
– Strong skills in graphic design and image manipulation using Photoshop and the Adobe Creative Suite.
– Understanding of marketing principles and the ability to craft compelling narratives through scripts and visuals.
– Studing Marketing Graphic Design Communications or a related field.
– A portfolio or examples of previous work that demonstrate your creative abilities and proficiency in video creation scriptwriting and visual design.
– Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
– Experience with video editing and animation software.
– Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and tools.
– Knowledge of motion graphics and visual effects techniques.
– Basic understanding of prototyping tools.
