The Raytheon Intelligence & Space (RIS) Global Pricing Solutions (GPS) team is seeking an Estimating & Pricing Analyst to join our growing team. RIS GPS is part of the RIS Integrated Estimating & Pricing Solutions (IE&PS) organization. RIS GPS is focused on delivering cost proposals for expatriate support required to meet RIS program requirements. This role will be involved in all aspects of expatriate support proposal development, from partnering with program teams to define requirements, to executing, reviewing, and approving proposal submissions. This individual contributor role's responsibilities include leading and conducting expatriate pricing support to customer fact-finding activities and government audits. This individual's work product will have a direct and immediate impact on RIS' ability to capture new business and execute on existing business. RIS GPS partners closely with RIS Program Management Offices, International Assignment Services, Expatriate Tax, and IE&PS to deliver accurate and compliant proposals. This position can be supported Remotely.

**This is a junior level role with the potential salary ideally falling in the $65k-$75k range**

Requirements:

• Strong background in estimating & pricing or financial planning & analysis
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office including superior Excel abilities
• Knowledge and working understanding of the laws and regulations that govern acquisitions and program execution for US Government procurement (FAR, DFARS, CAS, TINA)
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a very fast paced environment and adapt quickly to changing requirements
• Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to deliver final work products within defined time frame

Desired Qualifications:

• Advanced level of experience with Microsoft Excel (functions, formula and macro creation)
• Advanced level of experience in developing and maintaining pricing models
• Knowledge of estimating and pricing techniques and understanding of direct and indirect rate applications
• Ability to work in dynamic environment as both an individual contributor and integral member of a proposal team
• Proven experience leading business transformation through continuous improvement
