Job Description
- Provide independent field operations support.
- Through constant customer contact maintain accurate monitoring of activity, applications and competition.
- Provide integrated multi-product solutions to clients.
- Service center technical support.
- Analyze tool performance data and prepare and present customer presentations, performance summaries and outstanding run reports.
- Oversee field analysis for failed tool investigation and coordinate with Engineering to provide and present applicable incident report to the customer.
- Coordination between Engineering, Drilling Solutions, and Sales for tool logistic needs
- Support engineering with technologies related to electronics testing and development and integration
- Coordinate field testing of new products and help implementation of design improvements.
- Make recommendations to enhance existing products to drive reliability.
- Assist with the implementation of procedures, best practices following knowledge management processes.
- Analyze drilling dynamics data to improve drilling tool performance.
- Any other duties as assigned by their manager
Education and Experience
- 4 Year Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Related Technical Degree
- 2-5 Years Relevant Oilfield Experience and or Data Analytics experience
