Join our ETF Product Team as a Product Analyst!

The ETF Product Team within Fund Services plays a lead role in the definition and execution of ongoing enhancements to the firm's global ETF service offering. The ETF Product Team works closely with clients, business partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure appropriate decisions are made regarding client and product-related technology development, operational processes, new and existing product initiatives, and industry and regulatory commitments. The Team leads process improvement and application development initiatives.

As a key member of this group, the ETF Product Analyst will be working closely with internal/external business teams to analyze business processes, develop business requirements, liaise with developers during analysis and design, create and execute UAT plans and scripts, document procedures, and create and execute implementation plans (training, rollout, transition). The individual will work both independently and as part of project teams to actively analyze product/department needs and increase operational efficiency.

Some of your key responsibilities include:

Analysis / Documentation / Support:

• Document and review business requirements
• Facilitate development analysis and creation of design documents and functional specifications
• Assist in the creation and execution User Acceptance Testing plans and scripts
• Document procedures / user guides
• Create and execute implementation plans
• Create and manage project plans
• Analyze and design automated solutions to business problems
• Seek out and participate in team and interdepartmental projects.

Client Service:

• Act as Subject Matter Expert in demonstrating new products and assisting with internal and external client questions or presentations

Control/Risk Management:

• Proactively oversee operations service levels by arranging pulse checks and modifying procedures.

Qualifications:

• B.S. / B.A. degree and/or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years related work experience in financial services
• Prior ETF experience preferred
• Prior involvement or experience working on financial services application development projects preferred.
• Excellent Written and Verbal Skills
• Ability to complete duties as assigned under minimal supervision
• Aptitude for understanding global business considerations when implementing new business systems.
• Advanced working knowledge of Excel
• Ability to work with business users and system personnel in a team environment
• Knowledge and experience preparing and executing test scripts
