What you do:

Create and lead project plans and timelines to ensure that important program milestones are met in a timely and accurate fashion by facilitating partnerships across the team. Manage the deliverables and communicate at all levels to illuminate opportunities and risks. Foster the agile mindset and guides the team to apply Agile principles to their work. You will report to the ETF Distribution Marketing Manager.• Responsible for refining the backlog with the product owner to support overall roadmap, and identifying priorities.• Facilitate dedicated team meetings including standups, backlog refinement, sprint planning and retrospectives.• Manage a portfolio of complex projects for the ETF line of business.• Helps the team understand the deliverables from the product backlog.• Create project timelines and schedule, coordinate deadlines, and approval stages.• Break down roadblocks in process by looking for solutions.• Provide leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, following their responsibilities and project milestones.• Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic goals.• Full project lifecycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor projects simultaneously.• Manage the daily project activities.• Always find ways to improve workflow and efficiencies, maximizing the team's effectiveness.• Strives for the best end-to-end process.• Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence.• Continue professional development to remain current on new technologies, methods and best practices.

What you bring:• 6+ years of experience required: External/Internal ad agency experience, account service experience. Understanding of creative process and print/web production, Microsoft Office Suite.• Four-year degree required: Communication, advertising design or equivalent experience
