Informatica Sr. Developer

In the role of an Informatica Sr. Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining data integration and ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter. You will play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, participate in loading and testing available data and analyzing data warehousing systems, and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Locations for this position are Mexico (Mexico City) .

Mandatory Skillsets:
Development experience in Informatica PowerCenter and PowerExchange development, with experience in data warehousing and data integration projects.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• At least 5 years of experience in Information Technology
• Minimum 3 years of experience in various aspects of Informatica development.

Informatica development experience:

• 3-5 years of experience of development in Informatica PowerCenter.
• Strong understanding of ETL processes and data warehouse concepts
• Proficient in SQL, Unix and Shell scripting.
• Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, and/or other Relational Databases .
• Experience with Informatica Cloud.

Other Relevant Experience:

• Proficient in English communication.
• Experience in software development life cycle.
• Working in an agile environment, works on new systems development and enhancement/maintenance of existing systems.
• Participates in implementations of new systems or modifications to existing systems to meet Information Systems and client business requirements.
• Experience with page speed testing and optimization techniques.
• Developing applications meeting web standards, best practices and current trends.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
• Preferred - Experience in Financial Services, Insurance Domain.
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
• Understanding of Continuous Integration and DevOps.
