Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager with 10 + years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Java Database and SQL Unix Shell Scripting MDM Architecture and IBM MDM Advanced Edition. This role requires a deep understanding of technical architecture and the ability to lead complex projects to successful completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of technical solutions using Java Database and SQL Unix Shell Scripting and MDM Architecture.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of IBM MDM Advanced Edition systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Ensure the integration of various systems and applications to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and enforce coding standards and best practices to maintain high-quality code and reduce technical debt.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance the skills of team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance scalability and reliability.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Prepare and present technical documentation and reports to stakeholders ensuring clear communication of project status and outcomes.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team.

Qualifications

• Possess a deep understanding of Java Database and SQL Unix Shell Scripting and MDM Architecture.
• Demonstrate extensive experience with IBM MDM Advanced Edition.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Showcase excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Have a proven track record of leading technical projects to successful completion.

Certifications Required

Certified Java Developer IBM Certified Solution Expert - InfoSphere MDM

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 10/04/2024.

The annual salary for this position is between $[110000 – 140000 USD] depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
