European Paid & Organic Search Executive

Location: Anywhere in Europe

Reporting to the European Senior Search Manager, the European Paid & Organic Search Executive you will be responsible for operational support within National (Google) Search for all European markets. You will support National Search activities and analysis as defined by the European Senior Search Manager. You will provide hands-on operational Google search support for activating and analysing Paid Search, SEO implementation, and day-to-day National Search agency and Mars internal deployment communication.

What are we looking for?

• Experience in Google Search/performance marketing.
• Experience in project management/coordination.
• Experience in managing external agencies/partners.
• Being fluent in English.
• Ability to analyse Google Search performance data and interpret & construct straightforward insights.
• FMCG and/or digital marketing agency experience is preferred.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Support the European Senior Search Manager with the day-to-day operationalisation of the Pet Nutrition Europe (PNE) National Search strategy for all direct digital marketing (DDM)-ready markets.
• Coordinate all operational communication between the National Search agency partner, internal Mars teams (primarily: Brand teams, Media deployment teams, Content team, Mars Global Services), and external agency partners (Web development, Strategic Media Agency).
• Paid Search: Marketing campaign concept-to-activation coordination.
• SEO content & technical: Progress tracking, resolving blockers, and mitigating delays.
• Monitor Organic and Paid National Search performance through provided reporting/tools and contribute to performance optimisation discussions with the agency.
