Event Coordinator

The WelbeHealth PACE program helps seniors stay in their homes and communities by providing comprehensive medical care and community-based services. It’s our mission to provide the utmost patient-focused level of care to the vulnerable senior population in our communities.

The Event Coordinator will represent the WelbeHealth team during grassroots events under the guidance of a Senior Outreach Specialist. The Event Coordinator will explain our WelbeHealth PACE program and its benefit to seniors, their caregivers, community members, and other event attendees interested in learning more about WelbeHealth.

Essential Job Duties:

• Attend events scheduled and planned by Outreach Specialists in their markets, and assist with organizing and staffing center events such as broker and community mixers, provider meetings, and team gatherings
• Collect prospective participants’ information during events, enter their data in Salesforce, and assign to Outreach Specialists
•  Provide education about WelbeHealth’s PACE program to seniors and referral sources during events
• Track and organize marketing collateral and giveaways needed for each event, ordering new materials as necessary
• Set up community events according to WelbeHealth’s event and branding guidelines

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid state driver’s license with a clean DMV record
• Copy of recent vehicle insurance required
• Minimum of one (1) year of event coordination experience
• Minimum of one (1) year of sales or customer service experience
• Must be willing to work a flexible or varied schedule that may include evenings, weekends, or overtime based on assigned schedules
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Salary/Wage base range for this role is $21-$25/Hourly + Bonus + Equity. WelbeHealth offers competitive total rewards package that includes, 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits.  Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
