Job Summary
The Event Coordinator supports the team with all events throughout the year for both internal and external clients. Understanding the audience, the overall expectation of event delivery, as well as being detail oriented to ensure that all event tasks are completed timely, accurately, and within budget.Â
Key Responsibilities
- Work with PCG event leaders regarding all event needs and expectations
- Research, and negotiate when applicable, pricing and availability of event supplies and venues
- Respond to event attendees, sponsors and vendors via emails and phone
- Track all event supplies for efficiency of spend and use
- Prepare event materials: swag boxes, loading/unloading internal materials, setting up and displaying flyers and hand-outs, hanging banners, etc.
- Create flyers and edit existing marketing materials
- Post events on company website and social media
- Select and optimize event photos and video from past events as requestedÂ
- Input event information and content into multiple databases and websites ensuring accuracy across systems
- Run and present reports on event attendance, engagement, and sponsorships
- Regularly track event goals in Salesforce
- Support event needs including travel arrangements, on-site activity planning, and transportation as needed
- Able to react to spontaneous needs to ensure event deliverables are met
Knowledge / Skills
- Current technology and application knowledge in: Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Squarespace, and Wordpress preferred
- 2-5yrs experience in event support, management, and/or accountability

Additional Information
• The ideal candidate understands the nature of our business and this role is not 9-5 and is willing to work extended/flexible hours as needed
• This position is not remote. Employees are expected to be in the office on any event day as well as a standard 3-4 days in-office independent of event activities.Â
• PTO is flexible once training is complete and performance expectations are being met
