WHO WE NEED:
We're looking for an Event Coordinator to support HCSS' event marketing strategy, including but not limited to: trade show planning and attendance, management of trade show assets, and pre-event & on-site event logistics support during annual UGM. Reporting to the Trade Show and Sponsorship Manager, this individual should have a successful track record of organizing attendance at trade shows and proving ROI through event marketing strategies and tactics.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with the Trade Show and Sponsorship Manager to distribute event assignments on annual tradeshow and conference calendar
- Maintain published, customer-facing industry event calendar on HCSS website in tandem with web team
- Work with Marketing and Sales leadership to develop event strategy and objectives; spearhead initiatives to meet objectives based on lead generation, customer advocacy, and more.
- Coordinate all pre-event, onsite, and post-event logistics, including booth design, organizing & shipping of display materials, travel arrangements, and collateral production
- Conduct post-event review and socialize key learnings, ROI, and attendee follow-up to determine event success
- Keep budgets and timelines under control at all times
- Maintain inventory of print, banner, and other event assets, and coordinate with Trade Show & Sponsorship Manager for refreshes of materials therein
WHO WE NEED:
- 3+ years of related event experience
- Experience partnering with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams
- Highly organized with an ability to manage resources, budgets, and on-site personnel
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
