Event Lead Chefs
Job Description
The Role at a glance:
We are looking to add a skilled, experienced Event Lead Chef. As an Event Lead Chef, you will have the opportunity to lead meal service and a talented kitchen staff for a variety of events.
What you'll be doing:
• Training kitchen staff as needed.
• Ensuring that kitchen has correct stock for event menu.
• Participating in all aspects of food preparation.
• Ensuring that kitchen staff adheres to all safety and sanitation policies, procedures, and regulations.
What we're looking for:
Must-haves:
• At least three years’ relevant experience.
• Superior knowledge of food preparation and kitchen safety.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Availability to work nights or weekends as needed.
Nice-to-haves:
• Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
