We are seeking an Event / Experiential Marketing professional to coordinate the planning and management of Experiential Marketing activities. This is a full-time TEMPORARY role with an anticipated contract date range of April-August 2024 with the potential opportunity to move into full-time permanent employment, pending performance and future client project needs.
In this role, you will be responsible for implementing experiential marketing tactics, project management, planning and execution, budget management, management of marketing materials and equipment, as well as recruiting / sourcing and overseeing the work of field staff, vendors and independent contractors.

Successful candidates will have knowledge of experiential marketing and project management experience.

Skills and Experience:

• 3 - 5 years of event / experiential marketing experience
• Experience in project management, planning and execution
• Proficiency in all MS Office programs
• Ability to deliver professional, error-free business documents and project reports
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions when presented with unplanned challenges
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to travel for business on weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to exert physical effort for extended periods of time
• Knowledge of DOT commercial vehicle regulations is a plus

This is a full-time temporary position based in Fuse’s Burlington, VT office.
