What You'll Do

• Onboard and project manage marketing requests with project management software (Workfront or equivalent) from banks, events team, and loyalty program representative including digital assets, newsletters, invitations, postcards, letters, in-bank collateral, and more.

• Develop and manage expectations of timelines to ensure deliverables and projects remains on track.

• Ensure standards and consistency in all communications, materials and deliverables.

• Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal groups [Creative, Digital/Social, IT) and teams (bank staff) to ensure clear communication.

• Coordination, strategic planning, and asset development for the events at bank, off-site, or for loyalty programs.
• Assist with customer communication related to loyalty programs.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively and often with clients.
• Possess strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
• Intermediate Word and Excel skills.
• Experience with project management software (Workfront or equivalent system) is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent.
