We’re looking for an Event Marketing Intern who’s excited to learn. Our marketing team works at a fast pace and we need someone who isn’t afraid to keep up. This person will help with implementation and communication of our external events as well as assist with our virtual Hudl-owned events. They will also contribute to our budget tracking and get hands-on experience with a variety of sales tools.
This role based in Lincoln, NE will start in the Fall 2023 working part-time hours with the potential to transition to a summer internship working full-time hours (cannot be done remotely). You Are- Self-motivated. You’re able to take on a project without too much direction and see it through to the end.
- Detail-oriented. You pay attention to all aspects of an event to bring every piece together.
- Eager. You’re ready and willing to learn several new tools and begin using them in your daily workflow.
- Confident. When it comes to decision making, you know how and when to push back on certain details.
- Be responsible for event logistics. As the owner of our event calendar, you’ll communicate with external partners and internal Hudlies the details of each event.
- Contribute to monthly data tracking. You’ll learn to use our sales enablement tool, Salesforce, and work closely with our Partnerships & Events Specialists to track ROI and other event metrics.
- Own your role. You’re confident in your abilities and ready to bring new ideas to the team.
