How you can help make a better world of work

We’re seeking a marketing leader passionate about supporting growth, driving brand awareness, and creating great experiences for prospects, customers, and our culture-first community. This high-visibility role enables you to collaborate with all levels and groups across the organization while also being hands-on in bringing each event to life. You should be results-driven, focusing on growing new business and retaining existing customers.

Your day involves collaboration with the go-to-market teams, where you will plan and execute all event experiences to create comprehensive thought leadership for customers and prospects. You bring a blend of tactical expertise, superior project management skills, and a strategic perspective around events and the audiences who attend them.

This role requires a seasoned event professional to manage industry and company-hosted experiences across North America. To achieve a fully integrated events program, you will align closely with the global marketing team (campaigns, content, web, and design) - along with your counterparts in the other regions to build in best practices.

You are a creative, organized, and enthusiastic individual with a passion for identifying compelling and unique ideas that span prospects' needs throughout their buying journey - from thought leadership led content to drive top-of-funnel engagement through to middle-of-funnel networking events to drive pipeline acceleration.

This position can be performed from Chicago, San Francisco or New York. This position cannot be performed remotely outside one of these three cities.

In part of this team of amazing humans, you will:

  • Utilize exceptional project management skills to deliver events aligned with the overall program strategy, serve as a strong leader with effective communication skills and an outcome-driven mindset - utilizing the full event pipeline across audience acquisition to customer retention efforts - whilst maximizing lead and data capturing and reporting. You will ensure all stakeholders work together to deliver a high-quality event with maximized ROI.

You Are:

  • Highly collaborative team player with experience managing numerous projects simultaneously, in a fast-paced, adaptable environment
  • Experienced with developing, executing and tracking results tied to multi-touch marketing plans and events
  • Able to shift gears between thinking and doing across a range of marketing activities like in-person events, virtual experiences, and lead generation activations
  • Experienced with ROI/financial analysis and lead tracking of events programs

You have:

  • 5+ years of planning and executing marketing programs and events
  • Ability to inspire cross-functional teams to work with you and feel great about their contribution
  • 1+ previous people management experience
  • Ability to travel for regional events roughly ~25% of your time
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to interact with all levels of leadership
