Andretti Indoor Karting & Games is actively seeking a Sales Manager to join the leadership team at our Orlando, Florida location.

Andretti Indoor Karting & Games is a rapidly growing Family Entertainment company. Our multistate portfolio of AIKG locations feature high-speed, high-tech indoor Karting on multilevel tracks, multi-player Virtual Reality Simulators, Arcade fun, and sophisticated event spaces & restaurants featuring scratch cocktails and culinary creations crafted in our kitchens.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Sales Manager will have the responsibility to assist and lead the Sales Team with the execution of targeted sales programs aimed at driving pre-sold group business. The Sales Manager sells and supports all social, military, education, religious and fraternal (S.M.E.R.F) events. The Sales Manager is expected to maintain the quality and ethical standards set by AIKG while representing the Andretti brand.

This is a salaried Manager Position with opportunities to make significant commissions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Interface with clients on all aspects of group events, including:
    • Site inspections
    • Qualifying Leads
    • Menu Selection
    • Contracts
  • Interface site operations to ensure execution of site events
  • Represent AIKG at Hospitality/Trade Events
  • Process POS purchases
  • Responsible for a quality guest experience and recovery
  • Ability to empower staff to deliver excellent standard of service
  • Ensure the highest level of quality product and service
  • Build productive trusting relationships with clients and guest.
  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects, researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Establishing contacts and developing relationships with prospects.
  • Successfully achieve or exceed quarterly individual goals
  • Lead follow up and generation

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

  • Experience with inbound Sales
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Solid fundamentals in MS Office
  • Work a varying days, nights, holidays and weekends
  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • At least 18 years of age

Preferred and great to have

  • One years minimum of Sales experience in the hospitality industry
  • Current trainer, team lead or shift leader if internal brand applicant
  • Ability to motivate and work with various levels of staff members and leaders
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and delegate authority where appropriate
  • Proven leadership and team skills
  • Strong administrative skills
