This role sits at the heart of delivering high-impact digital and hybrid event experiences for global clients using an advanced AI-powered event technology platform. You will act as the primary operational partner for customers, guiding them from initial setup through to successful event execution. The position requires strong project ownership, technical confidence, and the ability to translate client needs into effective platform configurations. You will ensure seamless event delivery by coordinating across multiple internal teams, managing timelines, and maintaining high-quality execution standards. This is a client-facing, fast-paced environment where your work directly shapes customer success and retention. It is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, managing complexity, and delivering exceptional event experiences at scale.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of client events, ensuring full ownership of planning, configuration, execution, and post-event activities across multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Configure and optimize the event platform based on client requirements, advising on best practices to maximize engagement and performance.
  • Manage project milestones, internal tickets, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely delivery and adherence to scope and statement of work.
  • Oversee data workflows including extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) to ensure accurate and reliable event data handling.
  • Conduct testing, validation, and quality assurance of event configurations, recommending improvements where needed.
  • Serve as the key escalation point for project risks, technical issues, and scope changes, ensuring proactive resolution and communication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients on troubleshooting, feature usage, and solution handover to support teams.
  • Track project time and delivery metrics accurately while continuously improving delivery processes and operational efficiency.
  • Requirements:

    • 4+ years of experience in the events industry in roles such as Project Manager, Producer, or Coordinator.
    • Proven experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously in a client-facing environment.
    • Strong understanding of CRM systems, digital platforms, and event technology ecosystems.
    • Experience working with data management systems, including ETL processes and technical workflows.
    • Strong troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities in technical environments.
    • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills with a proactive mindset.
    • Ability to be assertive, manage scope effectively, and confidently say no when needed to protect delivery quality.
    • Bonus: familiarity with APIs, integrations, and technical system architecture.
