This role supports the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate marketing events that drive engagement, brand visibility, and client experience. You will contribute to both virtual and in-person events by assisting with logistics, attendee communications, and operational tracking to ensure smooth delivery. The position offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end event management within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will work closely with marketing, operations, and external vendors to help execute high-quality events that align with business objectives. Accountabilities
- Support event execution activities including registration management, attendee communications, and post-event reporting.
- Assist with logistics coordination such as travel arrangements, materials preparation, vendor outreach, and scheduling support.
- Maintain accurate event data, tracking systems, and reporting dashboards to support performance measurement.
- Provide day-of event support for both virtual and in-person events, ensuring seamless execution and attendee experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on event timelines and deliverables.
- Help monitor event processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and attendee engagement.
- Support the organization and distribution of event materials and communications across multiple channels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 1+ year of experience in events, marketing coordination, or B2B event support roles.
- Familiarity with corporate event operations, logistics, and attendee management processes.
- Experience or exposure to event management platforms such as Cvent is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Comfortable with occasional domestic travel (approximately 15%) and flexible work hours, including evenings or weekends when required.
- Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, systems, and event technologies.
- Competitive base salary range: $50,000–$70,000 depending on experience and location.
- Total compensation potential up to approximately $77,000 including incentive opportunities.
