Events Associate, Investment Intelligence
Job Description
In this role, you will be tasked with supporting the delivery of various Events for Nasdaq's Investment Intelligence.
- Day to day planning of flagship events, conferences, seminars/briefings and round tables
- Responsible for logistics management, as well as post event re-caps with stakeholders
- Take part in the strategic planning of events together with the Marketing team and ensure these are in line with the overall business strategy
- Support planning and execution of major events including but not limited to, master site planning and execution, venue and facility management, vendor management, production, budgeting, and logistical planning and execution.
- Provide administrative support including meeting scheduling and managing follow ups.
- Assist with budget, invoice, billing and contract tracking/management for events.
- Conduct research on venues, vendors, logistics and technology, as needed.
We expect you to have
- Proven event planning expertise from ideation and strategic planning, to flawless execution of events
- Excellent stakeholder relationship management abilities both internal and external
- Ability to work under pressure and manage shifting priorities, working independently as well as in a team
- Adapt to an ever changing environment in the event planning sphere
- Excellent communication skills
- Education Required: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or English
- Experience Required: At least 1 year

The base pay range for this role is $47,100 - $78,500. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
