The Community Events team curates experiences for our community of Seller Stylists to engage, mentor, and connect with one another, while developing Poshmark’s brand recognition. As an Event Coordinator, you will help bring our brand to life by supporting our community events and programs. You will be responsible for engaging with our community and helping us hit our project timelines and deliverables.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new emerging opportunities to engage with our community
  • Resolve customer service inquiries related to community events and programs
  • Collect and organize data from various community projects 
  • Outreach to community to assist and support community program needs
  • Assist with fulfillment of program mailing needs
  • Is able to create BEOs, purchase orders, production schedules, timelines, floor plans, run of show, related documentation such as waivers, COI’s, venue information and more to ensure event expectations are met
  • Ability to assist and participate in event production on-site, physical setup and breakdown of decor 
  • Establish relationships with vendors and have the ability to direct on site vendors and execute to required event logistics 
  • Coordinate event communications - track RSVP’s, update attendee lists, prepare event related docs 

6-Month Accomplishments: 

  • Get a clear understanding of Poshmark community and events
  • Create relationships with cross functional partners within the company 
  • Help to conceptualize and execute community events 

12+ Month Accomplishments: 

  • Ability to own area(s) with in the events from end to end 
  • Deeper understanding of the Poshmark community, ability to make recommendations on how we can continue to serve them best
  • Develop reports that communicate events data and recommendations on how to improve attendee experience and attendance
  • Strong working knowledge of Poshmark events, proactively looking for ways to innovate 
  • Bring the brand to life by spreading affinity and enthusiasm for Poshmark

Requirements 

  • Minimum of 1 year of events experience 
  • Is able to hit the ground running, detail oriented, and ability to adapt quickly to change
  • Excellent communication, time management, ability to prioritize and manage work flows
  • Demonstrates a level of confidence in making decisions, good judgment, and creative problem solving skills
  • Travel is required
Salary Range
$46,000—$65,000 USD
