Role Summary

The Corporate Access Coordinator will assist with the execution of Corporate Access originated meetings and events across both T. Rowe Price Associates (TRPA) and T. Rowe Price Investment Management (TRPIM). Their primary purpose is to coordinate the logistics of meetings and events between T. Rowe investors and companies of investment interest.

This role will be based in our Baltimore headquarters and will report to the US Corporate Access Manager.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with internal Corporate Access Associates, investment staff, and investment support staff to coordinate company meetings hosted at T. Rowe Price offices.
  • Effectively market meetings to appropriate stakeholders including Portfolio Managers and Investment Analysts by managing the internal communications that drive the RSVP process.
  • Drive efficiencies across the team by acting as the central hub for Corporate Access originated meetings across TRPA and TRPIM.
  • Manage all communications between the Corporate Access team and the Investment Administration team for Corporate Access driven events.
  • Handle daily Corporate Access efforts for T. Rowe Price, including planning, preparing, and executing meetings with company management teams. Includes the preparation of all meeting deliverables, if applicable.
  • Contribute ideas to build on and improve the existing process to facilitate company meeting requests from our investment staff.
  • Partner with Corporate Access Associates to ensure that company meetings are accurately recorded in our Global Event Management System (GEMS) (including company information, host information, location, date, time, etc.). Coordinate with the Investment Administration team to confirm day-of logistics, including room set-up and AV needs.
  • Oversee on-site management of events where necessary- especially as it relates to large-scale meetings taking on end-to-end execution.
  • Greet and interact with high-profile corporate management teams while providing the narrative of the TRP Corporate Access team and T. Rowe's investment processes.
  • Serve as quality control check as it relates to all meeting logistics and deliverables.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience in corporate access or the financial services industry preferred
  • Self-directed and able to perform assignments independently
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and demonstrates a passion for proactive problem solving
  • Demonstrate strategic thought across event mapping
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
  • Ability to analyze and identify critical issues
  • Ability to flex to multiple work styles
  • Ability to handle highly sensitive information with discretion
