Responsibilities

• Coordinate critical event logistics, including invite management, guest lists, and contract negotiations 
• Participate in team brainstorms to aide in the planning of upcoming events
• Assist with post event analysis including surveys, recaps, and recommendations for improvement 
• Research innovative solutions and activations
• Manage strong relationships with venues, vendors, and internal stakeholders 

Job description

• Support the events team via unique experiences and at internal and external-facing events worldwide 
• Coordinate critical event logistics, including invite management and guest lists, contract negotiation and invoices, catering selection, etc 
• Help organize and keep all event calendars, documents and folders updated 
• Participate in team brainstorms to aide in the planning of upcoming events 
• Assist with post event analysis including surveys, recaps, and recommendations for improvement 
• Research innovative solutions and activations
• Manage strong relationships with venues, vendors, and internal stakeholders

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on a number of non-discriminating factors, including qualifications for the role, level, skills, experience, location, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at DV.

The estimated compensation for this role is $20.00 per hour.
