Of course, some might say we're biased - after all, Ooni created the world's first portable pizza oven - but is there anything better than a hot, fresh Margherita? We think not.
We're looking for an experienced and super passionate Events Marketing Manager, Americas to help us move into the pizza stratosphere. If you can wow us anywhere close to how an Ooni-baked pizza can wow our neighbors then we'll definitely want to talk to you!
The role:
Master planner and organisation extraordinaire - you'll be responsible for the strategy, planning and execution of our USA events - whether we're blowing the minds of top tier retailers at trade shows, bringing our brand to life through interactive and innovative consumer experiences all the way to planning pizza pop-ups with particularly precious partners and everything in between.
Sitting within our Consumer Experience Team, you'll work closely with an amazing sales and marketing team to ensure we understand the why? where? who? what? when? and how? of all events we undertake.

The role:

Sitting within our Consumer Experience Team, you'll work closely with an amazing sales and marketing team to ensure we understand the why? where? who? what? when? and how? of all events we undertake.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Know what you're doing! - an event manager with 5+ years of extensive experience in creating, project managing, and delivering a range of large scale events. Dealing in both B2B and B2C events is a bonus.
- Understand the unique elements that make diverse events gleam like a shiny new Ooni. There's loads going on. You'll be busy and need to be freakishly organised - you're the type of person who has your holiday travel itineraries meticulously planned hour by hour on Excel.
- Can build and maintain strong working relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Love to juggle! This role involves managing multiple events all at the same time with competing priorities. Exciting!
- Know how to plan a great party... any place, any time!
- Are creative, resourceful, proactive and efficient with the flexibility of a seasoned yogi and calmness under pressure that would rival The Dalai Lama.
- At ease behind the scenes making it all happen but equally, you're a great communicator with an ability to energise teams, partners, and event audiences.

- Have the flexibility to travel domestically and open to working weekends throughout the year.
You'll get bonus points if you:
- Are willing to work as part of a global team across multiple time zones. You will report to our global events lead at Ooni HQ in the UK (fan of sequins and Celine Dion) and also manage our wonderful US events coordinator (who loves dogs and matcha lattes). Line management experience would be a huge bonus here.
- Have a passion for making, eating and talking about food and, in particular pizza.
- Have 'Safety Sue' as your middle name - event health and safety and food hygiene are of utmost importance and it would be a bonus to have this experience.
- Always carry a Sharpie (plus a spare), have a clipboard and can style it out with a Madonna mic.
What you'll do:
- Develop the strategy for each event's experience and execute the vision to create positive and immersive experiences that support our brand.
- Support the end-to-end execution of multiple sales and consumer-facing events from concept to delivery. Show that show who's boss!
- Ensure any event marketing strategies are in place and delivered.
- Work with our Sales and Marketing teams to plot out key event opportunities and pitch how they make sense in relation to our growth drivers. Let's plan smartly.
- Build and manage multiple project timelines to support event operations and programming, sales, and marketing teams.
- Can build rapport and manage relationships with key internal and external partners-suppliers, logistics and agencies to help make the magic happen.
- To be at one with an Excel spreadsheet - after all budgets and planning go together like mozzarella and tomato sauce...
- Collect and report post-event data and analytics to make sure we learn and that our brains are growing at a faster rate than our waistlines.
- Develop and maintain best practices and event playbooks.
