It's a great time to join us and grow with us.Your mission:The Marketing Specialist, Events Marketing will be responsible for building and maintaining project plans, website and registration build, client speaker management, marketing email communication, event reporting and analysis, and communicating critical program updates across teams.You will have frequent interaction with clients and close collaboration with internal stakeholders across multiple departments including sales, product, thought leadership, and executive leadership.As part of the Marketing team you'll be surrounded by passionate marketing professionals that believe in bringing our F-words; Fast, Flexible, and Friendly; to live each day for our customers, partners, and one another.You will be in charge of...

• Support planning and execution of all events, including corporate meetings, webinars, and client-facing events
• Coordinate key logistics for in-person client-facing events, including but not limited to staffing, food & beverage, room blocks, travel, signage, registration, and speaker management
• Plan and manage the execution of webinars and other digital programs, including logistics, staffing coordination, platform configuration, and promotions
• Conduct regular event reporting and analysis specific to identify registration trends, assess attendee engagement, and monitor overall event performance through salesforce and events platform
• Manage external vendor partners to ensure projects are completed on time and within stated budgets

What should you have to succeed?

• 3+ years of experience in corporate, webinar, and tradeshow event planning
• Bachelor's in marketing, communications, or a related field of study
• General knowledge of SaaS cloud solutions (pricing software a plus)
• Exceptional project and time management skills required with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Personal attributes required for this role include effective communication, creative problem-solving, attention to detail, high accountability, executive presence, and a customer-focused mentality
• Effective negotiation skills with vendors for optimal pricing and services
• Ability to work on deliverables with tight timelines and to pivot when needed
• Strong attention to detail, execution, and follow-through with little supervision
• Creative, innovative, and quick thinker who is assertive, results-oriented, and driven
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (able to write compelling marketing copy a plus)
• Experience with Salesforce, event platforms, and Microsoft SharePoint required
