We are looking for an Integration Team Manager to join the EverCommerce Payments Solutions team to focus on commerce enablement across the EverCommerce suite of Products. The EverCommerce Payment Solutions organization is focused on delivering unparalleled value to our customers through frictionless embedded payments and commerce solutions at scale. As a member of the Strategy and Implementation team you will play a key role managing and a team to identify, prioritize, and coordinating the delivery of solutions and best practices to drive scalable growth across all EverCommerce Solution Organizations.
As the Integration Team Manager you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the delivery of payment solutions that drive value for our partners, their merchants, and merchant customers across multiple verticals.
Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the strategy for integrating payment and commerce solutions into our vertical SaaS products.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of direct and indirect reports to deliver integrated commerce solutions across a wide range of SaaS platforms. Ensure the team has clear goals, regular feedback, and resources they need to succeed.
- Creating and managing playbooks for solution delivery and implementation including staffing plan and KPIs necessary to track output, both throughput and quality to scale the team for growth.
- Collaborate closely with Partner team, product, sales, and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of payment solutions that align with our business objectives and customer needs.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of integrated payment solutions. Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with industry standards.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in payment solutions and vertical SaaS applications. Drive initiatives for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Establish and nurture relationships with payment solution vendors, ensuring the best terms and highest quality of service for the company.
- Work with marketing, customer success, sales, and partner team across organizations to ensure smooth roll-out of new payment features to merchant, and gather feedback for iterative improvements in process and operations.
Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:
- Demonstrated experience in building, leading, and managing teams of Solution Engineers, Integration Engineers, and implementation consultants.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in payment solutions, with a proven track record of successful integrations.
- In-depth knowledge of payment eco-system and APIs, e-commerce platforms, and associated technologies.
- Strong project management skills with an ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related fields. Master's degree is a plus.

Where: This is a remote, US based position, some travel required for quarterly events and on-sight partner meetings. The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States - if you're close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation:
EverCommerce is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $180,000 - $200,000 USD Per Year. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the US. EverCommerce considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, candidate's work location, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, external market data, as well as, market and business considerations when making compensation decisions.
