We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to focus on our BizOps tech stack and functions at EverCommerce.
We're looking for an experienced Salesforce administrator who has a solid understanding of the Salesforce platform and its capabilities. Having worked on multiple Salesforce projects, you have expertise in implementing solutions, automating business processes, and providing support to ensure optimal system performance. With strong communication skills, you can effectively collaborate with requesters, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions that meet business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Concurrently manage multiple Salesforce instances, including user setup, security, data access, and automations
- Configure and customize Salesforce applications, objects, fields, page layouts, and Lightning pages
- Automate processes using Salesforce Flow and troubleshoot automation using Developer Console
- Work with data management via imports, exports, backups, and archiving
- Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations, including SOX and HIPAA
- Analyze and translate business requirements into system configurations and solutions to optimize Salesforce usage
- Develop and maintain documentation for Salesforce configurations, processes, and training materials
- Provide support for various platforms in our tech stack, including in the following categories:
- CRMs & MAPs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot)
- Telephony (Talkdesk, Ring Central, Vonage, Terminus)
- Sales Enablement (Salesloft, RingLead, Gong, Groove)
- Document Management (DocuSign, Conga)
Skills and Experience needed for success in this role:
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce administration
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security models
- Experience with Salesforce automation via Flow & knowledge of automation best practices
- Knowledge of integrating Salesforce with other systems
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and capable of meeting short-deadline projects daily
Where:
The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with teams in the U.S., Canada, the U.K., Jordan, New Zealand, and Australia. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada - if you're close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America.

Compensation:
EverCommerce is committed to equal pay and transparency. The annual base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 USD Per Year. Please note that the salary range information provided is a general guideline and combines all of the distinct labor markets within the US. EverCommerce considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, candidate's work location, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, external market data, as well as, market and business considerations when making compensation decisions.
