EVS Housekeeper

EVS Housekeeper: We currently have positions available. Candidates are expected to work as directed and follow daily project assignments. EVS Housekeeperwill be responsible for Cleaning, Sanitizing, preparing, and maintaining spaces used for medical purposes. Previous environmental service or commercial housekeeping experience is preferred. • Position - EVS Housekeeper • Payrate per hour - $15.00 - $16.50 per hour based on experience. Job Responsibilities: • Clean and disinfect patient rooms and other common areas. • Removing Medical waste from Surgery and examination rooms • Notify managers of necessary repairs or shortages of materials • Cleaning up spills with appropriate equipment • Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors • Cleaning and stocking restrooms • Keeping foot-traffic areas clear • Collect and dispose of trash. • Properly clean furniture Requirements: • Experience sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors. • The position requires the frequent walking, and standing for extended periods of time, and the performance of physical labor. • Must be able to lift, push, pull, carry, and exert 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, • 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force • Must be able to use abdominal and lower back muscles to provide support over time without fatigue. • The position requires full mobility of the back, arms, and legs in the course of performing this job. • Ability to learn and adapt to changes in the facility. • Organizational skills • Attention to detail. • English Language: • English (Required) Experience: • Cleaning: 1 year (Preferred) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • On-the-job training People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Experience: • Commercial cleaning: 1 year (Preferred) • Housekeeping: 1 year (Preferred) Language: • English (Required) Ability to Commute: • West Chester, PA 19380 (Required) Ability to Relocate: • West Chester, PA 19380: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
