Exceptions Supervisor

Modivcare is looking for an Exception Supervisor assists Exception Facility Liaison team with receiving and processing transportation service requests for a reservation that require approval procedures to be performed before and after transportation has taken place. You will also assist identifying and monitoring use and billing trends that may signal abusive practices. You will use our resources and will outreach to members, facilities, clients and other parties to fulfill reservations. You supervise the Exception Facility Liaison team members, while maximizing the potential of each team member supervised. You will report to the Exception Manager.
You will...

• Help with ensures accurate trip data input and resolution as it relates to the service guidelines
• Observe and advise management team on issues relating to customer service and the exceptions process
• Help research and resolve work that requires further action
• Help manage the denial and appeal process
• Process faxes, mail, email and web requests (inbound and outbound)
• Oversee the department's phone activity (inbound and outbound) for quality and efficiency
• Help investigate all issues to confirm the actual use
• Report to management the need to address abusive or fraudulent situations
• Report ember experience dissatisfaction to appropriate team members or management.
• Provide outreach regarding members, transportation, education and other subjects to medical facilities
• Travel to healthcare facilities to provide in-service training on how to use NET service
• Be a resource for all company staff for exception process related questions
• Track, trend and audit work done by Exception team members
• Conduct team meetings and one-on-one meetings as directed by management
• Oversee management of Exception team members, while maximizing the potential of each employee supervised

Salary starting at $47,206 annually.
