The core service offering consists of clearing execution stock borrowing and lending settlement. AAC-USA has a Global Reach through direct and indirect clearing memberships to over 90 of the world's leading exchanges. Our international network provides comprehensive market access to exchange-listed instruments such as stocks futures and options. ABN AMRO Clearing USA LLC-Member FINRA NFA FIA and SIPC.
About the Team:
The Financial Fee Control Team works within the broader Finance Department. The Team strives to collect and pay various fees with efficiency and accuracy. We continually seek process improvements aiming to provide best in class service to internal departments and clients alike.
This position is based in our Chicago office and requires a min of 3 days per week onsite in office.
Role Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze monthly reconciliations
- Review and approve incoming fee invoices for payment
- Reconcile and review customer account activity
- Prepare and collect outgoing invoices for execution activity
- Work on exchange systems (such as GPS Atlantis)
- Comply with exchange system processing deadlines
- Post fee adjustments to customer accounts adhering to monthly deadlines
- Analyze and management of large volumes of data
- Provide ad-hoc analysis
- Assist in process automation projects
Basic Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in clearing industry specifically equity or futures exchange and regulatory (OCC TAF SEC NFA) fees
- Bachelor's degree in finance or equivalent practical experience preferred
- High degree of accuracy and ability to manage large volumes of data
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables Macros Xlookup/Vlookup)
- Must be reliable and self-motivated
- Must be able to multitask and meet deadlines
- Must be able to work within a team and be open to cross training in different areas
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with execution receivables and payables
- Basic Python coding ability
- Working knowledge of Dataiku
- Working knowledge of Tableau
- Knowledge with the processing of equity options and/or futures clearing
Below is the expected base salary for this position. Offers will ultimately be determined based on experience education skill set and performance in the interview process. This position will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
Salary Range: $70000 - $95000
