Senior Manager, Strategic Innovation and Partnership

Manage the strategic fuzzy front end innovation process and lead a front-end innovation team to connect various functions (e.g., strategic business management, technology and product development, engineering and manufacturing, sales/marketing) across business units within Flowserve to identify and shape the development of value-creating innovations funnel.

Specialist, Technology Scouting

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business management, technology and product development, engineering. Developing and implementing strategies to connect Flowserve's business units and functions to identify and shape the development of innovative solutions that drive growth and competitiveness.

Specialist, Advanced Materials

Research, develop, and test materials used in various components and systems within fluid handling equipment, including ceramics, coatings, polymers, metals, and other non-metals. Focus on improved performance, simplified products, reduced costs, and sustainability.  Perform testing and validation of materials, including material characterization and functional product testing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and optimize materials for various applications, ensuring they meet the required standards and specifications.
