Execution Team Manager

in this role, you will be responsible for the execution team in Centro America based in Costa Rica

• Develop strategies: Collaborate with teams to develop strategies that align with the organization's goals
• Monitor progress: Track performance metrics and make adjustments as needed
• Allocate resources: Ensure resources are used efficiently
• Communicate: Facilitate communication with teams (logistic, commercial, financial, etc) and stakeholders
• Manage PMs, OMs and Tenders to keep the customer satisfaction and the hit rate in the quotations
• Provide guidance: Provide advice and counsel to colleagues and customers assuming the critical and strategical discussions
• Report: Prepare reports on progress, including key performance indicators
