Execution Team Manager
Job Description
in this role, you will be responsible for the execution team in Centro America based in Costa Rica
- Develop strategies: Collaborate with teams to develop strategies that align with the organization's goals
- Monitor progress: Track performance metrics and make adjustments as needed
- Allocate resources: Ensure resources are used efficiently
- Communicate: Facilitate communication with teams (logistic, commercial, financial, etc) and stakeholders
- Manage PMs, OMs and Tenders to keep the customer satisfaction and the hit rate in the quotations
- Provide guidance: Provide advice and counsel to colleagues and customers assuming the critical and strategical discussions
- Report: Prepare reports on progress, including key performance indicators

- Analytical thinking: Use data to drive decisions and make adjustments
- Communication and negotiation is a key in this position
