Position Overview
Blue Marble Global Payroll is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual seeking to expand their career into the global payroll industry. Executive Account Managers are the main point of contact for high revenue international clients and provide support via email, telephone, video conferencing and potentially on-site meetings. They build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with their contacts, always striving to find the services and processes which best fit the individual technical and non-technical needs of the client. The Executive Account Manager represents Blue Marble as the "face and voice" responsible for Blue Marble's highest revenue and most complex international clientele.
To succeed in this position, candidates should have exceptional communication, computer, and problem-solving skills. Also, have some exposure to payroll outside of the US and be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, tech savvy and organized with the ability to build rapport with clients.

Responsibilities
- Providing professional, ethical, knowledgeable, and reliable service to large international clients.
- Applying critical thinking and problem-solving skills to understand client's needs and to research, troubleshoot and walk large global clients through our products and services to solve their requests.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with an assigned portfolio of high revenue, complex international clients based on trust and respect.
- Conduct proactive meetings through conference calls and possibly onsite meetings to identify business needs and maintain high satisfaction levels of clients within the assigned portfolio.
- Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate international client need fulfillment.
- Keeping accurate records pertaining to client account notes.
- Maintaining updated expert-level knowledge of company products and services.
- Resolving escalations and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
- Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the overall experience.
- Assisting with managing access security for large complex international clients and training large clients on security access processes.
- Training on special product features and introducing new features as they are released.
- Intervening in urgent situations where timely payroll funding assistance is needed.
- Assisting with special projects as assigned
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a payroll service bureau, help desk environment or as a global payroll/HR administrator preferred
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
- Exceptional verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.
- Adaptability, strong problem-solving and project management skills.
- Excellent active listening skills.
- Ability to manage change
- Dependability, excellent time management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others internally and externally.
- Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends.
- Extensive, accurate product knowledge.
- Global payroll certification preferred

This role can be performed from any office in the US. The pay range for this position in Colorado is $47,843 - $80,000/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here.
