Executive Admin for Influencer Marketing and Creative Agency
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the calendars, schedules, and appointments of the partners
- Coordinate and schedule meetings for the partners, ensuring efficient use of their time
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as required
- Handle incoming emails and phone calls, redirecting and responding on behalf of the partners
- Organize and maintain files, records, and other confidential information
- Make travel arrangements and accommodations for business trips
- Assist in project management and follow-up on action items
- Conduct research and compile information as needed
- Act as a liaison between the partners, and the team members
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite products
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Bachelor's degree preferred
