- Manage front office operations, including handling inquiries, phone calls, and visitor reception
- Coordinate vehicle arrangements, including scheduling transportation for staff and ensuring timely delivery of hard drives and content
- Organize accommodation for staff and guests as required
- Oversee courier services, including receiving and dispatching packages and ensuring timely delivery
- Supervise housekeeping to maintain cleanliness in the office
- Manage pantry supplies and ensure adequate stock levels
- Ensure office security protocols are implemented and monitored
- Handle vendor management and rentals for office equipment and services
- Oversee infrastructure requirements and ensure smooth operation of office facilities
