Your Role:

As the Executive Administrative Assistant, you will be supporting the administrative needs of Office of the CEO as well as the Corporate Relations team. Basically, you’ll ensure that the administrative activities of the assigned group are executed in a timely and professional manner. This is an onsite position. 

Responsibilities:

  • Meeting organization including agenda, calendar invites, preparing any required materials, meeting minutes and action item follow up
  • Executive calendar management including prioritizing and scheduling internal and external meetings, adjusting to any last minute changes and logistic support for conference rooms, catering, etc.
  • Travel arrangements, itineraries, etc.
  • Support the office of the CEO - coordinate and ensures the CEO's schedule is followed and respected. Provides "gatekeeper" and "gateway" role, creating win-win situations for direct access to the CEO's time and office.
  • Liaison for the CEO - providing a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO's office and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff
  • Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion  
  • Manage special projects as assigned 
  • Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years' experience in an Executive Administrative Assistant or related role supporting senior executives or board of directors
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a corporate environment 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • High standards of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Must be able to think through, evaluate, and solve problems logically and efficiently
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to conduct business in Mandarin (verbal and written skills)
  • Experience working in a tech/startup environment
  • Experience working in the automotive, consumer electronic, or internet/software industries
  • A creative curiosity, collaborative ethic, hardworking enthusiasm, and driving personal vision
  • Excellent communication skills and team-working tendencies
  • A penchant for multi-tasking and self-starting
  • A genuine fascination for the field and a commitment to global change
  • A true sense of determination… and hopefully a sense of humor

Annual Salary Range:

$77,000 - $92,000, plus benefits and incentive plans
