Executive Administrator

Modivcare is looking for an experienced Executive Administrator to provide executive-level support in a one-on-one working relationship. You will be the contact for all constituencies on all matters. You will be a liaison to the board of directors and senior management teams; organize and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts; and oversee special projects. You will report to a member of our Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and will support the CIO and CFO.

You will...

• Manage an extremely active calendar of appointments
• Complete expense reports
• Arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; to include compiling documents for travel-related meetings
• Provide a bridge for between the ELT and internal departments; demonstrate leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with Senior Leadership and their staff
• Provide leadership to build relationships crucial to the success of the organization, and manage a variety of special projects, some of which may have organizational impact.
• Be a liaison to the Board of Directors and Senior Leadership teams
