Position Overview
Sezzle Inc. is seeking a dynamic and versatile professional to fill the role of Executive Administrator. This multifaceted position involves providing high-level administrative support to the executive team, efficiently managing office operations, and coordinating a variety of company events. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the office environment, fostering positive employee experiences, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Responsibilities
Executive Administration:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to C-level executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and communication coordination.
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Facilitate effective communication between executives, departments, and external stakeholders.
Office Management:
- Oversee daily office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a functional and comfortable work environment.
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and partners, ensuring a positive and professional image of the company.
- Coordinate with building management for maintenance, security, and other facility-related matters.
- Develop and implement efficient office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Events Coordination:
- Plan, organize, and execute a variety of company events, including conferences, team-building activities, workshops, and social gatherings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify event goals, themes, and requirements, ensuring successful event execution.
- Manage event budgets, vendor relationships, contracts, and logistics to ensure seamless event experiences.
- Coordinate event marketing efforts, such as invitations, promotions, and post-event follow-ups.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth information flow, streamline processes, and address operational needs.
- Work closely with HR to support onboarding, off boarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the executive team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Located in the Greater Minneapolis, MN area and able to commute to office.
- Proven experience in executive administration, office management, and event coordination.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in office software applications (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Detail-oriented mindset and a high level of discretion when handling confidential information.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced work environment.
- Experience in the technology or fintech industry is a plus.

The compensation range for the role is $80,000 - $100,000 (inclusive only of base salary, and exclusive of other potential competitive benefits such as on-target commission, bonus payments, and equity). Our ranges are very broad to accommodate all types of candidates and encourage growth. Specific compensation offered to a candidate may be dependent on factors such as education, experience, qualifications, and alignment with market data. Exceptional candidates may receive salaries outside of the posted ranges.
