We have a hybrid model with many of our staff members working both from our offices and remotely. 

The Opportunity

In the role of Executive Administrator to the CEO and his leadership team, you will will be able to see first hand how a start-up company operates and thrives. You will get to work with the leadership team on occasion and support their projects and objectives. As this is a start-up company, this position will have a variety of responsibilities from managing the CEO's calendar and travel to event planning to getting the occasional lunch for the office to the prepping for board/investor meetings for the CEO. You will succeed if you are a problem solver and can work in an ambiguous environment while trying to help create structure. This is a hybrid role which requires you to be in the office 3 days a week (8 hours a day).

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to assist the CEO and the leadership team with agendas, coordination so they may collaborate and implement several key initiatives
  • Specifically support the CEO with investor correspondence, calendar management, and daily administrative and personal life tasks
  • Assist the CEO with creating/editing PowerPoint presentation for internal and external use. 
  • Attend to personal matters for the CEO such as personal schedule, transportation and family related obligations
  • Act as the go to for the corporate office (where this position is located) to help ensure the office runs efficiently and aesthetically
  • Other duties as assigned

Candidate Profile

  • 3+ years working in a corporate/office environment in an administrative support capacity
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and calm under pressure
  • Must have reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed for work duties) and can travel 10% of the time for leadership meetings

Compensation

The base salary range for this position is $65,000 - $70,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), FTO, and company holidays to name a few. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions.

  • Monday - Friday 9AM-5PM EST
  • 3 days in Headquarters (West Hempstead, NY) 
  • 2 days remote work from home - must have reliable internet access
