Executive Administrator - Boulder, CO - This role is onsite.

 

Your Impact at Ascend Analytics 

You will provide administrative and operational support to Ascend’s C-level, senior management, and leadership teams. Adaptability is key for this role as you may be asked to support more than one department and extend support where needed. This role will begin with a focus on corporate and department level administrative functions as well as diverse tasks requiring knowledge of office systems and operational support best practices. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and provide solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism. You will plan and prioritize a diverse workload and offer suggestions to enhance procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency within the company.

Job Responsibilities 

  • Prepare, format, and edit a range of documents (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe), including reviewing, managing, and finalizing documents
  • Provide support to the corporate and department level functions, and day-to-day office management
  • Provide high level office and operations support to senior management and leadership teams 
  • Travel planning and event planning as needed
  • Other duties as assigned 

 Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or other relevant field of study required  
  • 3+ years of experience in the role of Executive Admin, Corporate Admin, Department Admin, Marketing Coordinator or similar position 
  • Excellent and efficient computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite and Adobe  
  • Eager to wear many hats and adopt new skills 
  • Demonstrated organizational, prioritization, and time management excellence 
  • Strong communication skills with a high standard of professionalism in all dealings with internal and external stakeholders 
  • Passion for renewable energy and supporting the energy transition 
  • Ability to independently manage workload and prioritize tasks 
  • Experience supporting marketing, finance, corporate, or sales functions preferred

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Prior experience managing proposals, contracts, or other complex documents

Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000                   

Negotiable based on qualifications and experience. Ascend highly values our employees and often pays above industry average.
