Job Description:
Are you looking for a fantastic career opportunity? Arrow Electronics, a Fortune 104 company, and a global technology leader, is looking for an organized and detail oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our Global Supply Chain Services group.
What You'll Be Doing

• Prepares, composes, and initiates correspondence, memoranda, presentation materials and reports.
• Answers and screens telephone calls, takes messages, provides information, or redirects calls as appropriate. Receives and directs visitors.
• Schedules and maintains calendar of appointments, meetings, travel itineraries and coordinates related arrangements.
• Creates accurate expense reports.
• Maintains appropriate records, files, and documentation.

What Are We Looking For?

• 4-year degree
• 5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant
• Experience using Oracle EAP system
• Proficient using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional organization skills, with an attention to detail

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$26.92 - $42.31
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
