The roleÂ
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO and founders. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
What you'll do
- Attend high-profile meetings with Founders/Execs, take notes and coordinate follow-up
- Manage complex calendars for CEO and founders
- Handle expense reports and reimbursements
- Develop presentations and materials for different departments
- Special projects and research assignments
- Operational/ Administrative office duties in collaboration with HR / Operations teams
- Coordinate complex international travel and scheduling
- Plan and execute events including board meetings, executive meetings, etc.
Requirements
- Willingness to work on-site in the NY office once a week and as needed for events or meetings
- 2-8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Outstanding communication and writing skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional work ethic and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Passion for start-ups, technology, and business building
- Known for taking initiative
